Buying Guidelines
2. Enter the website > Go to Product
3. You can select any category to view the product listing. Click the left and right arrows to browse the available categories.
4. The product pricing is in Ringgit (MYR). To view the pricing in RMB, mouse over the flag area and select CNY to change the currency.
5. To direct add a product into shopping cart, click Add to cart button below the product; OR
6. Click the ‘+’ icon to view the product details, enter the product quantity you wish to purchase. Click Add to cart to add the item into shopping cart.
7. To view your shopping cart, click the basket icon on the top right corner. To edit your shipping cart, click View cart button. If you wish to proceed to checkout directly, click Checkout button instead.
8. In the shopping cart page, you can perform the following:
- Change the quantity of item. You can enter the quantity OR use the plus or minus button to adjust the quantity. Cart will be updated after the adjustment.
- To remove an item, click the trash icon beside the item.
- If you have a valid coupon code, enter it and click Apply coupon to redeem the offer.
- If you wish to add more items into the cart, click Go to shop to back to the product page.
- Click Proceed to checkout when everything is ready.
9. In the Checkout page, fill in your Billing Details.
10. If you wish to ship this order to a different address other than the billing address, tick “Ship to a different address?” and insert the shipping details accordingly.
11. If you wish to ship the order to China, you will need to fill in your IC number and WeChat ID.
12. Kindly reconfirm your order details on the right, select iPay88 as the payment method.
13. Please confirm that you have read and agree with the terms and condition. You may click on the link for more details if you are not sure with the T&C of San Shu Gong.
14. Click Place Order and proceed to the payment window of iPay88 to make payment.
15. Once the payment has been successfully made and order received by our Shop Admin, you will then receive an email notification regarding your Order details.
